All continental US orders will be shipped via UPS unless otherwise requested. All air conditioner units will ship via freight. If you wish to have your order shipped either UPS or FedEx collect, please select "store pickup" when prompted for shipping method, then please provide your UPS or FedEx account number in the comments field for your order. No returns without a return authorization, all returns must be in original packaging and conditions, returns are subject to a restocking fee.
